First of all let me start with the service...it was excellent...the clock arrived withen 3 days...and was well packed....This clock is truly a "Masterpice"....the quality and workmanship is outstanding.....the sound is awesum, multiple notes and cords makes every arrangement very special.....and you can count your angles "everyone will ask where did you get that?".....I have to call and ask for some business cards; that way I won't have to keep going to the web site.......THANKS FOR SELLING SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT......Bob Andrews
