Shipping Rates
All stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order.
If you should need it sooner, feel free to call your order in at 1-800-962-1313. All in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately.
Credit cards are not charged until merchandise is ready for shipment.
If paying by check shipment on in stock merchandise will take place within 15 days after receipt of check. You will be notified in a timely fashion of any backorders.
Shipping is done by either Priority mail or UPS. Rates are for shipments in the U.S. only. there will be a surcharge on any shipments outside the U.S. Any duties/custom fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer. We will confirm any additional shipping costs with you before processing your order.
No refunds, exchanges or returns accepted on custom ordered jewelry.
Please allow at least 10 days for all custom jewelry orders to be
shipped.
Please note, credit cards will be charged before all custom orders go into
production.

Customers are responsible for all shipping on returned items.
Merchandise must be returned in original packing and in satisfactory condition.
